I got to use the new Hullabaloo set (seriously don't you just love the names Kim gives these stamps?)
The cupcake, sentiment and the stamps that compose my fun fetti background are all from this new set. Seriously, SO cute! Love that cupcake, and to jazz it up I added a bit of clear glitter "sugar" and some Glossy Accents to the cherry.
